Payment Terms

Payment Terms for Private Riding Lessons:

1. Payment: Payment for private riding lessons is due in full at the time of booking or before the scheduled lesson.

2. Processing Fees: Plus J Ranch will split the processing fees with you. 

3. Refunds: If you need to cancel your private riding lesson, the following refund policy applies:

   a. Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time will be eligible for a full refund. Less processing fees.

   b. Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time will receive a partial refund. The exact refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration any costs incurred by the instructor or facility. Less processing fees.

4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your private riding lesson, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative time slot, subject to instructor availability.

5. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for a scheduled private riding lesson without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to inform us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible to avoid a no-show situation.

6. Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Please inquire about the accepted payment methods when booking your lesson.

7. Instructor Availability: Private riding lessons are subject to instructor availability. In the unlikely event that the instructor is unable to provide the lesson as scheduled, we will make every effort to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time or provide a full refund.

Payment Terms for Monthly Horse Membership:

1. Membership Fee: The monthly horse membership fee is due in full at the beginning of each month. This fee covers access to the facility, three private riding lessons per month, and allocated free riding time.

2. Lesson Scheduling: Members must schedule their three private riding lessons for the month in advance. Lesson scheduling is subject to instructor availability and must be arranged with reasonable notice. Lessons can be scheduled directly with the instructor or through the facility's designated scheduling system.

3. Free Riding Time: The monthly horse memberships include allocated free riding time, which allows members to ride independently outside of their scheduled lessons. Time slots for free riding must be scheduled in advance.

4. Rescheduling Lessons or Free Riding Time: If a member needs to reschedule a lesson or free riding time, they must notify the instructor or facility at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be mutually agreed upon. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeit of the missed lesson or free riding time.

5. Membership Renewal: The monthly horse membership automatically renews at the beginning of each month unless otherwise specified by the member. Members are responsible for providing notice of cancellation or non-renewal in writing within 15 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment for the monthly horse membership fee, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Please inquire about the accepted payment methods when signing up for the membership.

7. Instructor Availability: Private riding lessons are subject to instructor availability. In the event that the assigned instructor is unable to provide the lesson as scheduled, we will make every effort to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time or provide a suitable replacement instructor.
